Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor / Pronouns: She/Her

I truly believe that through a positive, trusting, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, one can obtain insight which is the cornerstone for making positive changes in our lives. I employ an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as solution focused modalities to promote personal exploration and change. I am an LGBTQ affirming provider with growing competencies in working with this population.

I have extensive experience working with adults on such areas as: depression, anxiety, difficulty with life transitions/ change, grief and loss, relationship concerns, as well as crisis intervention and stabilization.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), who obtained my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Towson University. Prior to joining GBCC, I worked for over a decade at Baltimore County Crisis Response System (BCCRS) in providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to Baltimore County residents via the Mobile Crisis Team and the In Home Intervention Team.
