At GBCC we know that making that first step to seek help is sometimes hard. Below is some basic information on what to expect when seeking services with us.
When you contact us…
We will gather basic information from you including your insurance coverage. We will then verify your benefits to determine if there is any copay or other out of pocket expense that you may be responsible for and obtain authorization for services which many insurances require. You will then be matched with one of experienced clinicians that meet your needs, is covered by your insurance, and is available on the day and time you need.
Services are likely to be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most types of insurance are accepted. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Copays and out-of-pocket expenses are due at the time of service and can be paid with cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
On your first appointment…
Please check our directions ahead of time and arrive a few minutes early to complete some initial paperwork, or fill out the paperwork before you come by downloading the forms here and bring with you to your first appointment. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card. Expect to meet with your clinician for 45 minutes to an hour.
